Overview
An end-to-end QR Code ordering system for restaurants — guests scan at the table and order instantly, with real-time kitchen and cashier workflows, bill checkout, slip verification, and sales reports. Supports multi-branch operations and white-label restaurant branding.
Problem
Restaurants often rely on paper tickets or verbal handoffs, so kitchen and cashier get out of sync, orders are missed or duplicated, and checkout is slow during peak hours. Many legacy tools are hard to configure or cannot white-label branding when selling to multiple restaurant clients.
Approach
We built a QR-per-table web ordering app with real-time order flow to kitchen, cashier, and floor staff. Menu types route to fulfillment stations (food vs drinks). Guests can request the bill, pay via PromptPay QR or cash, upload slips with OCR assist, and managers get sales reports. The system supports multi-branch tenancy, admin tools for menus/tables/staff, and white-label branding. Deployed on Vercel with Supabase as the backend.
Outcome
A working demo covering the full core flow: scan QR → order → kitchen/cashier → serve → payment → reports — with Thai/English i18n, legal/about pages, and a production URL ready for client demos.
