Overview
An end-to-end digital platform for Hong Cha Hug Me community tourism in Phrao, Chiang Mai: a trilingual public site (TH/EN/ZH), real-time boat and lodging booking with deposit payment, and a POS with split stock, commission, and reports — one project, one domain, built with Next.js on Vercel and Supabase.
Problem
Hong Cha Hug Me is a key tourism site in Phrao, Chiang Mai — boat trips to the giant rain tree, lodging/camping, and a community tea–café — but lacked a multilingual website, real-time availability, and a POS that separates Hong Cha vs community stock. That led to overbooking risk, unclear deposits, and opaque cash/commission tracking.
Approach
We built one project and one domain with two TOR modules: (1) a trilingual tourism site plus boat/lodging booking, PromptPay/slip deposits, and QR check-in; (2) POS with shifts, split stock, per-item commission, reports, and browser-based receipt printing — using Next.js App Router on Vercel and Supabase (Auth, DB, Storage, RLS), plus role-based user manuals.
Outcome
A working staging system covering the public site, booking–deposit–check-in, POS–stock–commission–reports, and staff manuals, ready for source handover and a 12-month warranty after acceptance within the three-month delivery scope.
